I went home giddy from our successful Cloud Philippines event yesterday and another fun overnight get-together with my Voltes gals, only to find someone calling me a “dead-brain moron” on my own blog, on this old post which I don’t really care about right now because I’ve moved on to other things. I mean, on some level I actually agree with the person who posted that comment now, and yet he/she has the nerve to bash me. On my own blog.
Suddenly, I remember that small chat I had with our Japanese CloudPh member last night where she said one fan’s blog got closed down after she said some honest-to-goodness comments about her favorite artist on her own blog. Really, there is a reason why people create their own websites: so that they can freely express what they feel/think about a certain topic or person. If you don’t agree with that person, then create your own blog and say your piece there. Don’t go to that person’s domain and call him names because that is like insulting someone on his/her own home. That’s the virtual equivalent of tresspassing.
So to you, toni whoever you are, if you hate the singer, I suggest you go to their mailing list and tell him that straight to his face.
