The past is haunting me.

I don’t know if I’m just missing it - them - or what, but I seem to be being constantly haunted by Full House lately.

I mentioned in the previous blog entry that I seem to be seeing a lot of Full House 2 questions in both Rain and SHK fan sites. That’s one instance. Another instance is when people would constantly text or PM me to inform me that QTV-11 is re-airing Full House.

Yesterday, I got several requests to borrow my Fulll House DVD. Why? Because they saw FH being aired at QTV and realized that they missed it and wanted to see it again. In my sister’s case, she never saw the series in its entirety and when she accidentally caught a glimpse of the episode aired yesterday - the one where Han Ji Eun ran away from Lee Young Jae to meet Yoo Min Hyuk and Young Jae’s slippers kept slipping off when he was chasing her - she thought it was cute so she wanted to see the entire thing. In my head, I kept thinking: All this time that they could’ve borrowed the DVD and taking it out of my storage box won’t be such a painful thing for me, why borrow it now??? :wall: (Yeah, I’m being a drama queen. Indulge me on this.)

Right now, I’m watching Shining Inheritance (aka. Brilliant Legacy). Is it just me, or Lee Seung Gi and Han Hyo Joo’s characterization of Hwan and Eun Sung are a lot like Lee Young Jae and Han Ji Eun? :shrug: Especially Lee Seung Gi. He’s like Lee Young Jae in Kang Bok Gu’s hair. :boinkself: Just watch him enter his bedroom, pause and place his hands on his waist, heave a sigh and/or throw his jacket away. I almost looked for a big lighted portrait of him half-naked behind him.

Also, for some reason, the Jun Se and Seung Mi characters, especially Jun Se’s knight in shining armor character, reminded me a lot like Yoo Min Hyuk and Kang Hye Won. I’m now on Episode 12 and I don’t know if I just need to rest my eyes a bit from this marathon, but whenever Han Hyo Joo is in her factory uniform, I see Song Hye Kyo. :dizzy:

Edit: Just now, Han Hyo Joo said, “aja, aja, fighting!” with raised fist to boot. AAAARGHHHH!!!

The ‘ghost’ of Full House is still haunting me. :err:

(Sorry if I spoiled it a lil’ bit for those who haven’t seen Shining Inheritance.)

    Honestly I miss FH too.. It’s really different watching the original.. Is shining inheritance somewhat like FH? Like cat and dog relationship? If so, I think I’ll watch it. I like those types of stories.

    shinta: A little bit, but the story does not center on the cat and dog relationship. Watch it, it’s a good drama.

    i will never get tired of watching fullhouse…u knowPau i just watched the tagalog version of it last month…and i guess it willalways bemy all time fave…it’s just that now, i feel little bit sad thinking about what bikyo… :cry:

    about stairway…gosh i hope they will really stick to the story…i am quite anticipating about fullhouse tagalog version…i hope they will respect the original script…or else..i will totally hate GMA! hehehe :kilay:

    Me too! Missing FH so much! :cry: what a happy moment :whee!: :whee!: I think after a month for “bad news”, the power of FH make us strong ger, and the feeling about Bikyo always full in my mind like before, dream about Bikyo more than before … :lmao: For me, now and forever FH is Bikyo :drool: , and they are always happy together :hug:

    Me too. Hwan do reminds me of Young Jae at some point. Not to mention Lee Seung Ki is really like the younger version of Kang Bok Gu :think: And funny that his bad boy character is being compared too to Go Jun Pyo :chair: But what I love about Hwan is that the build up and growth of his characterization is actually impressive. :thumbup: His character wasn’t that bad, he just do get irritated easily & there’s a reason why he tends to not be close w/ his family (esp. grandma) while Young Jae is either snobbish or a really cute childlike guy. LOL. Hwan slowly change partly because of love and his family as he slowly understand his grandma’s ideals while LYJ was entirely because of Han Ji Eun. I dunno but that’s what I think.

    Agree w/ that Min Hyuk and Hye Won similarity with Jun Se and Seung Mi. That aja aja fighting of Eun Sung did remind me of HJE too.

    I still watch FH at QTV everytime I can :) And GAH. As everyone says, it’s still captivating as always :D

    It’s not only you Pau who said that Lee Seung-Gi n Han Hyo Jo are resemble to Bi and song Hye Kyo @ FH…
    Alots of people think the same to :hihihi: :hihihi: :hihihi:

    And they are resemble :phew: :phew:

    but for me… I found it funny… :razz:
    that until now.. people still comparing all High Rating Drama with FH :nyenye2: :glee: :glee:

    But there’s still some people that don’t like FH.
    Because all the shouting scenes and fight between Young Jae and Ji Eun… :err:

    See the FH collection will come in handy at some point. Let them rent it out. Make money off it. hahaha. Shining Inheritance is love! I enjoyed that drama so much. Junse oppa is love! And the brother Eun Woo is good! :D

    i think im one of minority who not into Shinning Inheritance :shrug: , hehehe… i stopped watching it for about 2 months a go at ep.19 and still not want to continue to watch.
    but yeah, everytime i see HJH in SI, i saw SHK :tounge: esp because of the hair.
    and i havent watch FH again for 2 years :err: :roll:

    i should start watching Shining Inheritance too! actually when I saw the plug on TV the girl really reminded me of HK because of her hair… :smile:
